February Gardening

Our wonderful work party just ended, but we accomplished so much today! It was great to see everyone there!

If you've had trouble knowing what to grow in your garden for February, it looks like lettuce is in season. Onions, peppers, and tomatoes are just edging in to the calendar. Some people are still working on preparing their gardens for the spring season in March through mulching their pathways around their plots, putting manure and compost within the plots, pulling weeds.

We're getting right into the busy preparations that will lead to a successful year of gardening!
